In 2000 The University of Western Australia (UWA) established the Centre for the Advancement of Teaching and Learning (CATL) to provide support in flexible teaching and learning throughout the University. Among very many other activities and functions, CATL was UWA's supporting agency for the 5th Asia Pacific Conference on Educational Integrity, held at UWA during 26-28 September 2011. For some years after the Conference, a Proceedings website was hosted by CATL at http://www.apcei.catl.uwa.edu.au/procs/
However, when CATL was succeeded by a new organisational unit, the Educational Enhancement Unit, or at some earlier time, this site was lost. To the best of our knowledge, there is no Internet access to the 5th APCEI Proceedings. Hence the purpose for this page is to give online access to these Proceedings, at least in an interim way via this personal website. The files made accessable via the links [ Contents: Full papers ] and [ All abstracts ] are the original files as published in 2011. Therefore some links given in these files may now be defunct, and the "Please cite as:" links given at the end of each article are also defunct.
A new "Please cite as:" link can be obtained by replacing http://www.apcei.catl.uwa.edu.au/procs/ with:
http://www.roger-atkinson.id.au/pubs/apcei2011/
Note that this link cannot be regarded as enduring because it is on a personal website.
The previously used advice about how to cite a Proceedings article [ Contents: Full papers ] or an abstract [ All abstracts ] may be replaced with:
Atkinson, R. J. & McBeath, C. (Eds) (2011). Educational integrity: Culture and values. Proceedings 5th Asia Pacific Conference on Educational Integrity. The University of Western Australia, 26-28 September. Publisher: The University of Western Australia and Asia Pacific Forum on Educational Integrity. URL: http://www.roger-atkinson.id.au/pubs/apcei2011/
The previous advice about copyright may be replaced with a contemporary statement which expresses the same intent.
